Industrial Maintenance Technician

These are full-time, on-site roles for Industrial Maintenance Technicians based in Smithfield NC. The Industrial Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. This includes performing routine inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, replacing or repairing faulty components, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires collaboration with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Must be local; relocation or sponsorship is not offered.

• Strong mechanical skills, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and schematics
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques for identifying equipment issues
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and adherence to safety protocols
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus
