Johnston County Public Schools Transportation Services in Smithfield, NC seeks a Mechanic III to maintain and repair school district vehicles. The incumbent will diagnose, repair, and service fleets, respond to road calls, and perform major engine/electrical work as needed.
Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, five years of automotive/diesel repair experience, and training; CDL‑B w/ P, S & N endorsements within 180 days upon start is required.
