* The role:

** As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will help drive our goals by:
Role modelling Johnson Matthey’s values while promoting a strong safety culture aligned to EHS standards and Life Saving Policies Coordinating shipping, receiving, material storage and timely delivery of materials to support production requirements
** Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
** 2–3 years of warehouse or material control experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred

Working knowledge of EHS, OSHA and hazardous material handling and shipping requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-volume operation
