This role is the front of the company and a key part of how our business runs day to day. You will be the first person customers and clients interact with when they walk in, call, or come in for a meeting. You’ll greet them, help them, and represent the company in a professional and friendly way. At the same time, you’ll be responsible for keeping things organized internally and making sure operations stay on track.

This role touches multiple areas of the business including customer interaction, finance, admin, sales and internal systems. No two days are the same. You’ll need to be a self-starter who can stay organized, shift between responsibilities, and keep things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the main point of contact for the office
  • Answer phones, greet walk-ins, and help customers
  • Assist with pickups, questions, and basic product guidance
  • Support sales and operations
  • Process orders and update the CRM
  • Help maintain a clean and organized showroom
  • Handle supplies, orders, and general coordination
  • Own financial and administrative responsibilities
  • Run and manage weekly payroll (no prior experience required, we will train you)
  • Pay and document billing pertaining to vendors, taxes and more
  • Categorize transactions and keep financial records organized
  • Work with our bookkeeper and accountant as needed
  • Maintain systems and organization
  • Keep CRM and internal tools (Asana, etc.) accurate and up to date
  • Help document and improve processes
  • Support the team
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Help coordinate occasional team events
  • Step in wherever needed to keep things moving
