As a Branch Coordinator, you will support the operational heartbeat of the branch by:
- Acting as the liaison between Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Scheduling basic transportation needs and communicating with truck drivers for standard shipping.
- Applying limited knowledge of customer-specific transportation requirements and the SFC/P-copy process.
- Editing all truck loads in the system to ensure accuracy and timely delivery for specific processes or commodities.
- Delivering work orders to the appropriate personnel.
- Drafting job-related correspondence, memorandums, and emails.
- Creating ad hoc reports as needed.
- Responding to a high daily volume of communication.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the work order process.
- Participating in Health, Safety, Quality, and lean initiatives.
- Completing all job duties safely and wearing required PPE.
- Assisting in additional operational duties as requested by leadership.
- Working directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
- Meeting all TKMNA employee attributes and competencies.

Minimum Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of planner/scheduler work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong working knowledge of MASS and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
- Strong safety mindset.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Completion of, or progress toward, a two-year degree.
