Salary Range: $15.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Position:
Receptionist
- Greeting customers at the Reception, answering customers' questions and providing information on procedures or policies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the customers' visit.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Compute and record transaction totals.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change, and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- File and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor.
- Establish or identify prices of parts or service and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or computers.
- Use ADP on a daily basis.
- Remain informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly sits, stands, walks, uses hands and fingers to feel and handle, reaches with arms and hands, talks and hears.
- May incidentally stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.

- Customer Service experience
- Previous Receptionist experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with ADP is preferred
- Cashiers must be responsible and organized, and have good communication skills
- Must be trained in Word & Excel
