You don't wait for people to come to you — you reach out first. You're comfortable making a high volume of calls and you don't find it draining; you find it satisfying. You track conversations in your head before you even open the CRM. You're warm on the phone, clear in your communication, and organized enough to stay ahead of a long list without dropping anything.

What this role is about:

You'll be the connective tissue between our agents and every client they serve — making sure no one falls through the cracks, every question gets answered, and every touchpoint reflects the standard we've built our reputation on.

This is a proactive, communication-heavy role. You'll be reaching out to clients throughout the transaction process, following up after closings, generating reviews, tracking satisfaction, and making sure every person who works with our team feels like they're in great hands. Think ISA energy applied to client care — not lead conversion, but the same discipline, the same rhythm, the same "I will not let this one slip" mentality.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $52,000, paid weekly
  • Bonus potential: up to $30,000 annually
  • Total potential: $82,000
  • Bonuses paid quarterly based on metrics you directly influence — survey scores, response rates, review generation, and client satisfaction

Compensation:

$52,000 annually

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — proactively reaching out to ensure every buyer and seller feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their real estate experience
  • Make regular outbound calls to active and closed clients to check in, address concerns, and keep relationships strong on behalf of our agents
  • Drive our 5-star reputation by requesting reviews, testimonials, and referrals from closed clients and following up to ensure strong survey completion rates
  • Keep the client pipeline organized and nothing falling through the cracks — flagging critical clients, tracking key touchpoints, and ensuring timely follow-up across the team
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenging situations into positive experiences that reflect well on our team
  • Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and complete daily tasks and projects with a high degree of organization and follow-through
  • Collaborate closely with our agents and leadership team to support a seamless client experience from first contact through closing and beyond
