• Digitally design and fabricate all manners of dental appliances with an emphasis on quality
• Manage the workflow of IOS scans sent from the customer to the manufacturer as well as the removal of the 3D models from printers and miscellaneous digital department tasks
• Time management of all manufacturing requirements in the digital department
• Review each Rx in detail; inspect all work to ensure all quality standards and client requests are being met

• Work with the existing CAD team and learn and implement best practices in 3D printing, post processing, and finishing of appliances
• Speak with doctors on design and material topics, presenting best treatment options, material knowledge, and directions for use in a clinical setting

• Assistin sorting incoming cases from manufactures, scan triple tray impressions and export casesin a timely manner
• 3D printing digital models; removing and cleaning finished print jobs from various 3D printers
• Designing custom abutments
• Communicate daily with Digital Manager about any defects or issues related to quality specifications and/or internal and external client requests or requirements

• Experience in a similar field
• Knowledge of dental anatomy
