Principal UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design efforts across multiple product teams with minimal supervision.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to shape product strategy and customer experience vision.
• Create user-centered designs for web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Leverage user research, data insights, and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, workflows, information architecture, and interaction designs.
• Drive consistency through design systems, reusable patterns, and scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Mentor and coach junior designers while contributing to the overall UX culture and design maturity.
• Provide thought leadership on UX best practices, innovation, and emerging trends.

• 7+ years of UX design or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering digital products within Agile environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and successful product outcomes.
• Experience leveraging user research and data to drive design decisions.

• Expertise in UX design disciplines such as interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, user research, design thinking, and content design.
• Ability to design across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of web and mobile development principles.
• Experience contributing to and utilizing design systems.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset.

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional design initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience mentoring and developing UX talent.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving design innovation.
