Bryant University seeks a Lecturer in Finance committed to teaching excellence and active participation in the Finance Department. The candidate should be able to teach at least two of the following undergraduate courses:
Financial Management, Intermediate Corporate Finance, Financial Institutions and Markets, Real Estate Finance, Multinational Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, Debt Securities. Course descriptions are available in the Bryant Course Catalogue.
To be considered, applicants must submit a letter of application, a resume or curriculum vitae, and evidence that demonstrates:
- Excellence in teaching finance courses.
- Significant experience in the finance industry.
Bryant University will review applications immediately and conduct interviews beginning in March.

Principal AccountabilitiesResearch Data Support – The university subscribes to databases such as CRSP, Compustat, and others to support research on corporate governance, banking, investments, and ESG topics. Access is provided through the WRDS platform and through Fact Set, Morningstar, and Bloomberg.
AppointmentThe position will be titled Lecturer in Finance. Salary will be based on qualifications and consistent with AACSB benchmarks. The appointment would commence in Fall 2026, though a start in January 2027 is also possible.
QualificationsCandidates must have at least a Master’s Degree in Finance or a related field from an AACSB‑International or EQUIS accredited institution. Prior teaching experience in a business school is required. Evidence of industry or regulatory experience in finance is desirable. Candidates should be willing to participate in service activities such as admissions events, campus conferences, and student mentoring.
