Lead Advisor Student-Athletes & Academic Success

Bryant University is seeking an Assistant Director for Student-Athletes to oversee academic advising services for undergraduate student-athletes. The individual will manage a caseload, mentor academic advisors, and collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success. This role requires 3–5 years of experience in academic advising, strong interpersonal skills, and a Master’s degree in a related field.

The position is based in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and offers standard business hours, as well as an opportunity to work within a supportive academic environment.
