Salary $110-150K DOE

CAM HVAC & Construction is seeking an HVAC Mechanical Estimator to support commercial and public-sector projects in Rhode Island.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (plan/spec and design-build)
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to determine materials, labor, and timelines
• Work with project managers and leadership to support winning proposals

• 3+ years in mechanical/HVAC estimating
• Pipe fitting and refrigeration experience required
• Experience with commercial, municipal, and government bids
• Proficient with estimating software and takeoff tools
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline orientation
