Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to provide frontline support for digital banking members and internal staff. You will address routine and complex inquiries by phone or email, applying knowledge of online banking and DNA core functionality.
In this role you will onboard new members, support cash management, process wires and ACH, and collaborate with the Digital Banking Management Team to improve service levels. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.
