As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and mental health needs. You’ll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and actively participate in their communities. Assignments are available in a variety of settings, including group homes, day programs, schools, and hospital environments. Hospital sitting shifts are also available, offering additional opportunities for those seeking flexible scheduling.

We offer hospital sitting shifts on the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). These roles involve one‑on‑one supervision to ensure patient safety and support. Candidates must be comfortable adhering to hospital policies, including working without personal items (phones, books, etc.) and remaining fully attentive and engaged throughout the entire shift.
