Qualifications- Understanding of the financial data pipelines, data consumption methods, and financial product data.
- Expertise in data analysis, data automation, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, bridging the gap between deep technical concepts and direct business results.
- Ability to deliver data-driven and result-focused recommendations with measurable impacts and effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong SQL and Snowflake experience.
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with collateral and data management tools such as Seismic, Nuxeo, Coric, APXStream, and other data providers including Morning Star, eInvestment, or Bloomberg.
- Ability to communicate with senior audiences, prioritize multiple work streams based on effort and impact, and lead projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in data analytics, automation, or related roles.
- Proven experience in investment product collateral or financial services.
- Strong background in data quality validation, extraction, and visualization.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and teams.
This role is within the Digital Engagement and Martech Solutions department under the Institutional and Asset Management Marketing organization. The Digital Engagement and Martech Product Area is dedicated to building and managing digital capabilities within Marketing that transform our customer experience and innovate ways of working to drive efficiency and scalability.
