Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
As a Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team, the role focuses on bringing deep data expertise to support internal analytic initiatives and projects. These initiatives drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing across a diverse array of solutions. The Manager partners to build cross‑functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues, providing insights that enable Workplace Investments to make data‑driven decisions that meet strategic objectives.

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge of querying languages and/or applications to create, manipulate, and transform large datasets.
- Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Working experience with Power
BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. - Experience interacting with cross‑functional partners and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
You will serve as Manager for analytics and insights work, reporting on various improvement initiatives that cut across our Workplace business units. You will play a key role in our overall transformation to a platform‑enabled, capability‑led digital future that benefits our clients and participants.
ResponsibilitiesYou will drive leading‑class analytics and insight generation—harnessing the underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across our channels (web, mobile, phone, etc.).
The Expertise You Have- Digital Marketing Analytics experience.
- SQL experience to create, manipulate, and concatenate large datasets.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or another quantitative field.
- Ability to co‑create marketing strategies from a data‑driven perspective.
- Ability to understand business objectives while navigating the data ecosystem to choose the best approach.
- Natural curiosity, always seeking creative ways to tackle challenges.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to any initiative you lead.
- Ability to use data to create compelling stories.
- Clear and concise communication within the organization.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Developing and delivering analytical data and insights to solve business problems.
- Enabling partner stakeholders to make objective, informed decisions.
- Providing opportunities for innovation through analytics capabilities and implementation of new technologies.
