We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Web Manager to take ownership of an organization’s digital presence and drive meaningful improvements in engagement, lead generation, and overall online performance.

This is a highly hands-on and strategic role for someone who enjoys blending day-to-day website management with long-term digital growth planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Word Press, Hub Spot, SEO, analytics, and e-commerce optimization, along with a passion for creating seamless and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing & Web Manager:
  • Own and manage a Word Press website using Elementor, including content updates, page creation, UX enhancements, and ongoing optimization of site performance
  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and evolving AI-driven search best practices
  • Manage and optimize Hub Spot CRM and marketing automation workflows to support lead generation and customer engagement
  • Oversee ecommerce functionality, including product pages, user journeys, checkout flow, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to build high-performing landing pages, campaign microsites, and digital assets
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools to track performance, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Continuously improve website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance through data-driven experimentation
  • Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and consultants on website enhancements and digital projects
  • Ensure all website content is accurate, on-brand, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, SEO developments, and web technologies
Qualifications of the Digital Marketing & Web Manager:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or a closely related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with Hub Spot (certifications a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency with Word Press and Elementor
  • Experience managing ecommerce functionality and optimizing conversion funnels
  • Strong understanding of SEO, including technical SEO and modern search optimization trends
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, website architecture, and digital customer journeys
  • Proven ability to manage high-performing websites that drive measurable engagement and conversions
  • Strong design sensibility with an eye for polished, user-friendly digital experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience in nonprofit, membership-based, or service-oriented organizations is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
