Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking a Systems Analyst who will be a key member to gather & document business requirements, helping with current state analysis of our systems, helping define our technology solution, and partnering with QA in test case preparation. The role requires great collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the life cycle of a product/application.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree required

* Ten (10) years of systems analysis experience required

* Six (6) years of experience working within an Agile software development framework

* Strong with database query tools, strong SQL skills

* Strong level of IT process and technical understanding, and demonstrated knowledge for their area of responsibility

* Demonstrate organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet objectives

* Entrepreneurial problem-solver comfortable accepting, proposing and leading change

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
