Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Automation Specialist (Hybrid)
Full‑time, 18‑month contract. Compensation $40‑$45 per hour.
Location:
Smithfield, RI (Onsite one week, remote next week).
Our financial client seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Automation Specialist to deepen relationships with millions of customers through data‑driven, personalized email communications.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute email campaigns from strategy through deployment, including scheduled campaigns, automated triggers, Journey Builder, and multi‑touch campaigns.
- Build and edit email code and logic using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder and AMPScript.
- Collaborate with technology teams to onboard new email programs and content to SFMC, acting as the voice of the business.
- Lead and support cross‑organizational projects as a subject‑matter expert for email channel, covering template specifications, technical design, best practices, data feed analysis, and platform capabilities.
- Expertise in email channel marketing.
- Significant experience in digital execution, marketing technology, or digital marketing.
- Experience with email service platforms (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Adobe Target, Simon Data, Segment CDP).
- Front‑end HTML skills and basic SQL skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.
- Curious, intellectually honest, and dedicated to continuous growth.
- Comfortable leading and influencing through ambiguity and without authority.
- Strong attention to detail and methodical thinking.
