Serve as a courier for Papa Gino’s, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests’ homes or businesses, maintaining order accuracy, and providing exceptional guest service.

• Licensed to operate a motor vehicle
• Clean, reliable automobile with up‑to‑date insurance
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to assist in performing other duties as assigned
• Deliver exceptional guest service and quality products to ensure total guest satisfaction

• Check delivery orders for correctness and completeness before leaving the restaurant
• Safely deliver orders to guests within the quoted time frame according to company standards
• Use the POS system to itemize, total orders, accept payment, and provide change
• Restock counter supplies to sustain business flow
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, floors, and equipment in the delivery/dispatch area
• Maintain own vehicle safety and compliance with state regulations
• Maintain records of driver’s license and auto insurance per company standards
• Answer the restaurant telephone and take guest orders when the designated person is unavailable
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Hang marketing materials on residential doors during slower sales periods to generate sales
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and grounds as directed

• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
• Clear and articulate communication with team members and guests
• Professional interaction with all team members and guests
• Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle
• Must have a clean, reliable automobile with up‑to‑date insurance
• Must be able to deliver Papa Gino’s / D’Angelo products to private residences, schools, businesses, etc.
• At least 18 years of age
• Must comply with company motor vehicle record requirements

• Ability to safely perform essential job functions, meeting productivity standards per ADA, FMLA and other standards
• Regular punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and other standards
