Job Description

Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza – responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store during your shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You set the example for all team members and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll
• Control costs, inventory, and cash
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Lead by example and enforce policies
• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Experience operating food service equipment
• Stocking, inventory management, and product preparation
• Processing telephone and in-person orders
• Ability to operate computers or phones effectively
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order entry
• Transportation to/from work; valid driver’s license; safe driving record

• Accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide); may use calculator
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Motor coordination for precise tasks
• Enter orders using keyboard or touchscreen

Work is predominantly standing. Tasks include walking, stretching, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs, stooping, squatting, reaching, and handling hot equipment. Exposure to temperature variation, smoke, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts is common.

• Deliver product by car and door-to-door
• Deliver flyers and door hangers
• Require valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle

Team members can progress from delivery driver to franchise owner or move into management and corporate roles within Domino’s.
