** Job Summary*
* We are seeking an experienced  
** Measuring & Cutting Specialist/Forklift Operator
** to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including material handling/measuring/cutting specialize flooring, order processing, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be safety-focused, bring hands-on experience with forklift equipment, and  
** experience with percise measurement tools.*
* ** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Must Have*
* +  
** 4+ years of Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently*
* +  
** Perform accurate measuring and cutting of materials based on job specifications*
* +  
** Read and interpret a tape measure with precision for cutting and assembly tasks*
* + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

+ Utilize shipping systems (WMS, UPS/Fed Ex portals, or similar platforms) to process outbound shipments

+ Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and quality

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

** Qualifications*
* +  
** 5-7 years of warehouse experience
** required

+ Prior  
** forklift experience**  (certification preferred)

+ Strong ability to  
** read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements*
* +

Experience with  
** measuring and cutting materials
** in a warehouse or production environment

+ Familiarity with  
** shipping systems / warehouse management systems (WMS)*
* + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

** Preferred Skills*
* + Experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

** Work Environment*
* + Fast-paced warehouse environment

+ Exposure to standard warehouse equipment and conditions

+ Requires standing, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout shift
