Shifts: 7‑3, 3‑11, 11‑7
Pay rate: $31‑$40 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
- Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
- Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Rhode Island
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
