Smithfield, RI 02917 – BAYADA Home Health Care provides in-home, high‑quality nursing care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We can’t wait for you to help our patients achieve better health in the comfort of their own homes.

• Deliver one‑on‑one nursing care, including advanced interventions such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Use Statewise electronic charting and respond to around‑the‑clock clinical support calls.
• Maintain patient safety and quality standards while providing compassionate care.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Rhode Island.
• Experience or willingness to receive paid training in advanced home‑care skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Pay: starting at $41 per hour.
• Weekly direct deposit every Thursday.

• Shifts:
  
  8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour (first, second, or third shift).
• Availability: PRN, part‑time, or full‑time with flexible scheduling.
