Shifts:

3-11, and 11-7.

$3 PIB. $6,000 Sign‑on Bonus for FT, $3,000 Sign‑on Bonus for PT. $35-$49 per hour (all inclusive).

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
• Registered Nurse (RN) perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN).
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
