Job Summary: We are seeking a Bread Baker to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads and pastries. You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads and pastries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• Bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
• Prepare custom orders
• Check orders of bread and pizza

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team player
• Available for early morning shifts
