Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and customer acquisition goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned target markets.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently track opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
  • Negotiate sales agreements that align with client objectives while fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies, lead criteria, messaging, and sales processes.
  • Share market feedback, customer insights, and sales trends to help improve overall business development efforts.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings as needed.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to identify growth opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications of the Sales Executive
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, cold-calling, and closing abilities.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and maintaining CRM systems;
    Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and consultative approach.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software applications.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, broadband, telecommunications, hardware, or other technical solutions is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
