- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and customer acquisition goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned target markets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently track opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
- Negotiate sales agreements that align with client objectives while fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies, lead criteria, messaging, and sales processes.
- Share market feedback, customer insights, and sales trends to help improve overall business development efforts.
- Stay informed on competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings as needed.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to identify growth opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new business and managing client relationships.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, cold-calling, and closing abilities.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and maintaining CRM systems;
Salesforce experience is highly preferred. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and consultative approach.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software applications.
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, broadband, telecommunications, hardware, or other technical solutions is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
