HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Installation Technician
CAM HVAC & Construction, a Crete United company, is seeking an HVAC Tech to service commercial and public-sector projects in Rhode Island. This is a full-time, year-round permanent position with pay up to $40 per hour plus excellent benefits.
Location:
Smithfield, RI. Service area: RI and Southern MA.
RF 1 or 2 license required
- Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and public sector customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
- Travel to job sites in the service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good working order, including refueling as necessary.
- Report any mechanical issues and fill out and submit the monthly vehicle inspection form. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
HVAC Service Technician
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 3 years of HVAC experience.
- RI and MA licensing preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Valid EPA Certificate
- Ability to pass background check
- 100% Major Medical Insurance
