Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Smithfield, RI. Responsibilities involve installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing document imaging equipment and technology. The technician will perform diagnostics, address technical issues, and ensure equipment operates efficiently. This role also requires providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring effective communication regarding equipment status and repairs.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Proficiency in diagnostics and technical problem-solving
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time management skills for independently managing service requests
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment models
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Previous experience in document equipment servicing or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
