JobOverview
The Electrician is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day supervision of the field labor crews to ensure daily work assignments are completed according to schedule and quality standards. This role works closely with Project Managers and the VP of Operations, and requires physical work as a member of the field crew. The Electrician must meet or surpass the objectives and goals of each specific project.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Plan and schedule work according to project specifications.
- Read blueprints and project documents as required.
- Effectively communicate within the team to complete tasks on time.
- Participate in preconstruction meetings.
- Monitor and maintain job site safety standards.
- Process daily paperwork as required.
- Coordinate with customers and other trades on the job site to ensure harmonious project workflow.
- Review daily progress to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate material and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Diligent.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team oriented.
- Experience working on commercial and industrial projects.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Journeyman license; multistate licenses a plus (RI, MA, or CT).
