- Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
- Ensure all work is completed with attention to quality and customer satisfaction
- Support and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- PJ2 and/or RJ2 license required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
