Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and masonry;
Maintain all fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule and record maintenance in log book;
Respond to guest requests and escalates to management when necessary;
May operate snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks;
Maintain and service pool and spa areas including testing and recording per regulations
