Journeyman HVAC Installation Technician
Pay: $30 - $49 per hour + Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are hiring a Journeyman HVAC Installation Technician. If you're a motivated, experienced installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team.
Compensation & Benefits- $30.00 - $49.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Weekly direct deposit pay

- Install high-quality residential HVAC systems including gas and propane furnaces & boilers, central air conditioners and heat pumps, ductless and ducted mini-split systems, air handlers and variable speed equipment, rooftop package units
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Rhode Island Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2)
- 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with gas/propane systems, variable speed equipment, mini-splits, and heat pumps
