Work Model
Currently 2 weeks onsite per month (expected to move to fully onsite from September)
We are actively hiring for a backfill position after the selected candidate declined the offer at the final stage. Looking for someone who is either local to Rhode Island or genuinely ready to relocate and fully committed to joining.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of high-performance database solutions
- Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
- Build and support ETL workflows using Informatica or Snap Logic
- Work with Oracle, SQL Server, Control-M, and containerized environments
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Strong hands‑on experience in a Lead role with active daily coding
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Expertise in Oracle & PL/SQL Development
- ETL experience with Informatica or Snap Logic
- Experience with containerization and cloud‑based database deployments
- Strong database performance tuning and query optimization skills
- Experience with enterprise deployment and version control processes
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus
