• Participate in design discussions and analysis.
• Build quality code adhering to design and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Architects, and fellow Developers.
• Design, build, test, and deliver features that elevate digital experiences.
• Actively participate in co-located scrum team(s) to deliver key customer features.
• Provide guidance on standard methodologies and collaborate with other Developers.
• Help to improve engineering, architectural, and coding standards.

• Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth, to learn and to engage with peers in technical and design discussions.
• Experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners.
• Ability to utilize a long-term mentality to help produce scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Server-side language experience:
  Java, Spring, Middle tier restful services, Camel.
• Client-side language, library, and framework experience:
  Angular, JavaScript/Type Script, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS, Struts.
• Experience with incident management and issue troubleshooting.

• Experience in financial services applications is a plus.
