Prepares ground surfaces for road building; removes debris from construction path;
Operates ground compactors, levels dirt, and sets up safety barriers as needed;
Shovels, rakes, and assists with asphalt and concrete work; cleans tools and equipment;
Assists with operating heavy equipment as trained (e.g., paver, roller, backhoe, crane);
Performs plant laborer duties, including stockpiling materials, assisting with setup and teardown of traveling plants, and basic maintenance
