Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP program. This RN CAP 1 role focuses on assessment, planning, and coordinated care for dialysis patients in the clinic, under supervision, with opportunities to advance through CAP.
You will work with a healthcare team, perform data collection during hemodialysis, educate patients and families, administer medications per protocol, and participate in quality improvement activities.
