At Lees Marketplace, our Courtesy Clerks play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service at the front end of the store. This role focuses on bagging groceries carefully, assisting guests with loading items, retrieving carts, and keeping the front of the store clean and organized. Courtesy Clerks are the final point of contact with guests and help create a positive and lasting impression.
Primary Position Duties:Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and offer friendly, helpful service.
- Bag groceries carefully and efficiently, following food safety and weight distribution guidelines.
- Assist guests with carrying groceries to their vehicles.
- Retrieve carts from the parking lot and return them to the store in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist with general cleanliness of the front end, including spills, trash removal, sanitation procedures, and stocking bagging stations/check stands with needed supplies.
- Be of assistance to in any capacity necessary to ensure proper store and guest support.
