Isle of Wight County is seeking a part-time Market Event Assistant to assist with over fifty events per year, including local markets and festivals. Responsibilities include customer counts, setup and teardown of event equipment, and front desk duties at the Visitor Center. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing conditions are essential. A high school diploma and a valid Driver’s License are required.
Hours will vary, and employees may need to report during emergencies.
