** Learning Experience Designer
** to design, produce, and manage high-quality learning content that empowers our employees. As a key member of our Talent Development team, you will translate complex, technical, or procedural information into engaging content - including e-learning modules, job aids, and in-person learning content. Your goal is to foster a culture of continuous learning, support career growth, and improve performance across the organization.

* WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* ** Content Development:
** Design and produce high-quality, on-brand learning materials, including interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
* ** Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Collaboration:

** Partner with SMEs, HR stakeholders, and functional leaders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in learning materials.
* ** Instructional Design Integration:
** Apply adult learning principles to turn complex content into engaging experiences.
* ** LMS Management:
** Oversee the uploading, implementation, testing, and maintenance of digital content within Workday.
* ** Trend Monitoring &

Innovation:
** Stay current on training and development trends, content creation tools (e.g., AI tools), and social-style learning formats to keep training relevant and engaging.
* ** Content Analytics:
** Monitor content performance (completion rates, quiz scores, engagement metrics) to evaluate effectiveness and improve learning materials.
* ** Employer Branding Alignment:
** Ensure all internal training content reinforces company culture, values, and brand voice.
** WHAT WE’RE SEEKING:

* ** Education & Relevant Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and 2+ years of relevant experience in content creation, instructional design, or training development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* ** Experience**:

Demonstrated proficiency in course design and development, preferably within a corporate environment.
* ** Technical Proficiency:
** Strong hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as
** Articulate Storyline/360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia**.
* ** Multimedia

Skills:

** Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Cap Cut) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
