* WHAT YOU’LL DO:

*** Dynamic Data Management
*** Complete and maintain salary survey data by compiling, organizing, and submitting data on a timely basis, ensuring up-to-date market information for management's annual reviews and frequent job pricing.
* Evaluate the organization's jobs, document responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions, and respond to inquiries about compensation, market competitiveness, job leveling, and job description maintenance and development.
* Execute core processes, support the annual merit increase process, and partner with HRIS and Payroll departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and error-free operations.
** Strategic Compensation Solutions
*** Maintain and enhance a comprehensive database for accessing compensation information and associated job descriptions.
* Assist in the creation of compensation-based communication materials, supporting and partnering with key stakeholders to drive the completion of compensation projects.
** Special Projects and Continuous Improvement
*** Develop and maintain internal compensation databases, processes, and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
* Tackle special projects as needed, including acquisition integration, organization restructuring, system installation, report analysis, and more.
* Leverage internal and external information to provide strategic solutions to compensation issues, using analytics and data insights to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans, programs, and policies.

** Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience; required.
