Smithfield Foods -  - Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Procurement

Activities:

Manage sourcing processes across IT categories including software, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, hardware, and professional services through RFPs, RFIs, and direct negotiations.;
Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation:
Develop evaluation models, lead complex vendor negotiations, and analyze licensing models (on-premise, subscription, hosted, and cloud) to secure enterprise-wide agreements that maximize value.;
Contract Management & Compliance:
Support contract reviews including SLAs, SOWs, and pricing terms. Implement processes that improve adoption, ensure compliance, and reduce contractual risk across locations.;
Strategy & Cost Optimization:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, benchmark vendor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and influence stakeholders to implement efficiency improvements.;
Stakeholder & Supplier

Collaboration:

Build strong relationships across business units, IT, finance, compliance, and legal. Collaborate with internal and external partners to align sourcing with business needs and service excellence.
