Develop Strategic Sourcing Plans:
Utilize strategic sourcing methodology to build category strategies, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance using total cost of ownership (TCO) models.;
Drive

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to align sourcing strategies with business needs and create synergies that drive value across the organization.;
Lead Supplier Innovation & Improvement:
Work proactively with suppliers to implement continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies that deliver long-term competitive advantages.;
Identify and Execute Cost-Saving Initiatives:
Collaborate with operations and procurement operations teams to implement cost-reduction programs and manage cost model strategies with key suppliers.;
Lead Sourcing Projects:
Oversee cross-functional teams through sourcing processes and project management initiatives that support supply chain and operations goals.
