- Commissions are uncapped and wages consist of hourly rate OR commission & bonus structure!

- At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Drive business into the store by utilizing company-provided customer databases and outreach tools.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach through phone calls, text messages, and voicemails to generate traffic, set appointments, and uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and develop Small Business (SMB) sales opportunities.
- Maintain consistent outbound activity with a minimum of 100 customer outreach calls per shift.
- Follow up with customers regarding upgrades, new product launches, promotions, and service opportunities to increase retention and revenue.
- Effectively document customer interactions and appointment activity within company systems.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and engaging customers through multiple communication channels.
- Strong ability to build rapport and create sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions for both individual and small business customers.
