Candidates are carefully selected by an experienced recruitment staff committed to finding those individuals who meet Top Guard’s rigid employment standards. Through training, performance evaluations, and quality assurance measures, we ensure that security officers maintain standards consistent with Top Guard's stringent requirements.

• At least 3 years of armed security experience or 3 years of armed work through military, law enforcement, corrections, or any support role in a combat zone.
• Current DCJS card and training completion forms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two references with name, phone number and relationship.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Pass medical exam including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Covid‑19, T‑dap, Hep‑B, Flu vaccine). Bring documentation if available. We will provide immunizations if necessary.

• Provide customer service throughout the health care facility.
• Conduct screening for entry into the facility.
• Monitor sensitive areas for entry, exits and support medical staff when needed.
• Patrol the facility maintaining a visible security presence to deter disruptions.
• Write clear reports for incidents and observations while on duty.
• Communicate effectively with staff and visitors to the facility.
• Be able to sit, stand, and/or walk the facility up to an 8‑hour shift.

• High School Diploma or GED.
