Cleaning Specialist

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a cleaning specialist. The responsibilities of the cleaning specialist include assessing damaged properties and contents to see what can be saved, cleaning damaged properties and contents, and sanitizing the restored homes. Ultimately, an exceptional cleaning specialist should have excellent communication skills, social awareness and work very well in a team setting.

• Assess damaged property contents to see what can be saved and what needs to be damaged out
• Clean and sanitize damaged properties and property contents
• Complete boxing and inventory of property contents
• Complete pack out and pack in of property contents
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

• Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, vehicles and grounds, as assigned.
• Develop production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Other tasks/duties as required by employer.

• Team oriented; must be able to work well as a part of a team
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and social awareness
• Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred

• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.p>
