Non-Negotiables- You must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
- Strong knowledge of microcontroller-based hardware design with ARM processors is required
- You should have strong understanding of electronic design for EMC/EMI compliance
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools like Altium is essential
- You need experience leading or mentoring engineers in a team environment
- Understanding of communication protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI, UART is required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are must-haves
- The company offers a competitive annual salary between $140,000 and $155,000
- You will receive an 8% bonus plan, and historically the bonus multiplier has exceeded 1x

- You will support product testing, validation, and transition to manufacturing
- Experience integrating wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular, or LoRa is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with test equipment like signal generators, multimeters, and oscilloscopes is desired
- Familiarity with laboratory test and debug is beneficial
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required; an advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the automotive or transportation industry is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to improve development processes and design standards is valued
