Hiring Immediately – No Experience Necessary – Training Provided. Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour. Walk-in Interviews:
Monday‑Friday 9am‑1pm. Bring a friend!
- Assist students with entering or exiting the bus safely.
- Show highest ethical best practices, report suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
- Seat students safely using seat belts, car seats or wheelchair restraints.
- Serve as a role model with a positive attitude, good moral character, and integrity.
- Monitor passengers to ensure safety regulations and student conduct rules are followed.
- Exercise student management through communication and discipline per company policy.
- Document and report any violations or conduct concerns to the appropriate authority.
- Assist passengers in vehicle evacuation during emergencies.
- Ensure children collect belongings before leaving.
- Assist driver in keeping the vehicle interior clean and presentable.
- Complete required paperwork timely.
- Display high ethical and professional behavior with employees, supervisors, parents, and school personnel.
- Present a neat and professional appearance.
- Report to duty on time and perform duties safely.
- Attend all assigned training, safety meetings, and in‑service meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 18 years of age (19 in New York per state law).
- Meet physical and medical requirements.
- Complete and pass all required training and continue attending safety meetings.
- High attention to detail and dexterity to use restraints, secure wheelchairs.
- Relate to and work well with children.
- Maintain effective pupil behavior management.
- High level of professionalism and diplomacy skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist students when necessary.
- Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage.
