McDonald’s is seeking an experienced Shift Manager (Full‑time) to lead and coordinate restaurant operations. This role is paid up to $16.50/hr, based on experience.

• Maintain food safety standards.
• Communicate internally with the store team.
• Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and ordering.
• Supervise and schedule crew.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Coordinate training sessions.
• Produce quality food service and provide exceptional customer service.

• At least six months experience as a shift manager, preferably in a restaurant or service environment.
• Strong references.
