To supervise strand infrastructure and lashing. Coax and fiber experience required.

• Operate bucket truck and other aerial fiber construction equipment.
• Set up the job efficiently (strand trailer, fiber trailer, and caddies).
• Understand clearances from other utilities, ground, road, highway, sidewalk and non‑pedestrian areas.
• Properly frame poles according to industry specifications.
• Supervise flash/over‑lash of single and multiple cable bundles of fiber cables.
• Read and interpret network prints.
• Safely climb poles using gaffs or ladders.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements to complete the job safely and efficiently.
• Communicate by phone frequently throughout the work day.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to teach and train.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Combination of technical training and/or experience.
• Coax and fiber experience required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a construction environment preferred.

• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, if necessary.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass drug, background, DOT & MVR screenings.
